Commercial work, booked for 2026.
Retail and office fit-outs, unit renovations and tenant improvements — run with the same scheduling discipline we bring to a custom home, around the hours you actually trade.
The constraint on a commercial job is almost never the construction.
It's the hours. A unit that can't close, a tenant moving in on a fixed date, a landlord's rules about when trades can be in the building, an inspection that has to clear before you can open the doors. The build itself is rarely the hard part.
That's a scheduling problem, which is the thing we're actually good at. One schedule, one site supervisor, and trades sequenced around your operating hours rather than ours.
What's included
What we take on.
Interior build-outs from bare shell or existing fit, including partitions, ceilings, flooring and finishes.
Refreshes and full strip-outs between tenants, worked to a handover date.
Landlord and tenant work packages, with the scope split out clearly for whoever is paying for what.
Building permit applications, Ontario Building Code compliance and inspections booked and attended.
Evening and weekend scheduling where the unit has to keep trading during the build.
HVAC, electrical and sprinkler changes coordinated with the base building and its contractors.
Recent commercial work
A full floor, taken back to the slab.
Floor-by-floor fit-outs
Steel stud partitions set out to the new plan, services coordinated overhead with the base building, and the whole floor sequenced so the trades aren’t working on top of each other. This is the stage that decides whether the finishes land on time.
More of our work is in the projects gallery and the case study.
Our finish standard
Finish standards from our residential work.

Questions we get
What people ask about commercial work.
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes. Where a unit has to keep trading, we schedule the disruptive trades for evenings and weekends and work to the landlord's access rules.
Do you handle the permit?
Yes — application, revisions and inspections. For fit-outs in managed buildings we also deal with the base building contractor where the work touches shared systems.
How do you price commercial work?
Same as residential: a range after a site visit, then a fixed price against a written scope once the drawings are settled. Changes are priced in writing before the work happens.
What size of job do you take?
Fit-outs, unit renovations and tenant improvements. If your project is larger than that, tell us anyway and we'll be straight with you about whether we're the right contractor for it.

Got a unit, a floor or a shell to build out?
Tell us the space, the trading hours and the date it has to open. We'll tell you whether we can hold that date.
